We review university growth rates, student drop-out rates and student profiles from first year through to postgraduate. And we can successfully underwrite opportunities by understanding the most granular aspects of our sector, ensuring that we deliver optimum risk-adjusted returns to investors.
Our 30-strong team comprises individuals from real estate, finance, investment banking and fund management. The team manages capital relationships, buy/hold/sell decisions, investment strategy and ultimately the net return to investors. We have worked with capital partners such as Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, UBS, GIC (Singapore), Harrison Street and HSBC.
