Uninest Student Residences in Dubailand opened in February 2016 and provides accommodation for 424 undergraduate, postgraduate and language school students studying in Dubai. The accommodation offers segregated and fully-furnished twin-share en-suite and single en-suite rooms presented in apartments with a common lounge and kitchen area shared between a minimum of 5 residents and a maximum of 14 residents. Studio rooms come with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, eating area and television. All residents have access to common facilites which include a chill-out lounge, gym, pool, group study room, iMac computer stations, roof terrace, dining area and laundry room. Overseen by the Property Manager the Uninest team are on hand to assist residents 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The team includes student support and service assistants, maintenance, security, cleaning personnel and a lifeguard. It is the first property of its kind in the region.
